Investigating
Starting 6:43 AM PT (exact time will be determined soon), our engineers began investigating issues when accessing the account using credentials as username and password. When adding the right credentials, users receive an error of 'Your username or password is invalid'.
This is only affecting password users, meaning that SSO users are not affected.
This does not affect mail send.
Customers seem to have success accessing the account by retrying again or using an incognito window. Our engineers are currently investigating the current behavior and will provide an update within an hour or as soon as they become available.
