Unrecognized 2FA codes prevented login to SendGrid accounts

Our engineers have investigated and resolved an issue preventing access to the SendGrid UI. From 10:45 AM PST to 11:50 AM PST customers accessing the legacy SendGrid UI may not have been able to log into their consoles as 2FA verification codes via SMS or Authy app were not recognized. Unified accounts were not affected by the situation. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.
