Our engineers are continuing to investigate this issue. At this time, we believe this is isolated to customers in the Netherlands using a specific financial institution. Starting around 6am PDT on April 06, our engineers began investigating an issue with Payment failures for users in Netherlands with reference to VISA cards. Customers may experience payment failures when trying to complete the payment. This does not impact mail send.
