Investigating
Starting between 11:23AM PT and 11:44AM PT on May 10th, our engineers began investigating an issue where users may receive Timeout Errors for Twilio Verify API OTP Email Notifications. There was a degradation to Email API auth functionality. This does impact mail send. This does not impact receiving 2FA codes. Services have recovered, however, engineers are investigating the root cause. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
