Our engineering team confirmed that at approximately 1:10 PM PDT, any queued internal processes related to delayed uploads, updates or deletes to Marketing Campaigns contacts for affected accounts have returned to normal levels. Our team will continue to monitor for any further delays due to the third party degradation. Another update will be provided in thirty minutes to confirm that this issue is resolved or as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating
Starting around 12 PM PDT on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, our engineers began investigating an issue with uploading, updating, and deleting contacts in Marketing Campaigns. These contact delays have been determined to be a result of a third party service degradation. This issue only affects a subset of accounts using the Marketing Campaigns contacts feature. This issue does not affect mail send directly. We will provide updates in the next hour or sooner as more information becomes available.
