Our engineers have confirmed that all affected blocks have successfully dequeued. All block suppression data retrieved through the user interface and API is up to date now and this issue has been resolved.

Our engineers have implemented a fix and have begun dequeuing the delayed block type suppressions. However, any currently affected block reporting queried through the user interface or API will continue to appear delayed until the data is fully dequeued. We will provide another update once the propagation of block suppression data is complete or other relevant information becomes available.

Our engineers have identified an issue involving delays to block type suppressions when queried through the user interface or the SendGrid blocks API starting at 12:26 PM PST on October 13th. Only block suppressions are affected and other types of suppressions are behaving normally. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
