Scheduled mail sends were unable to be paused or cancelled by customers from Dec 2 - Dec 4. While this issue was occurring, customers may have experienced 500 errors when calling endpoint POST /v3/user/scheduled_sends, which affected pausing and cancelling of scheduled sends. During this window customers were still able to schedule and send new mail sends.This issue has been mitigated and resolved. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
