Investigating
Starting around 1:20 PM PST today, our engineering team began investigating an issue affecting access to the SendGrid dashboard and the execution of APIs. As a result, users may encounter 406 errors along with messages indicating that an error has occurred. This issue is currently impacting the ability to send emails.
We are actively working to resolve the problem and will provide an update within the next 30 minutes or as soon as additional information becomes available.
