Our engineers identified and investigated an issue related to the loss of event data stored within the Twilio SendGrid email platform for a subset of accounts. From February 16th 6:20 PM PST to February 23rd 3:30 AM PST, approximately 0.09% of event data was lost for affected accounts. Lost data was confirmed to have included deliverability events such as Processed, Delivered, and Blocks as well as engagement data such as Clicks and Opens. The data lost during this time period is unrecoverable. This includes data generated through aggregated Stats, the Email Activity, and the Event Notification Webhook. The issue has been resolved, and all impacted services are operating normally.
