Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with delays in email sending. This issue has has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Engineers have resolved the issue with emails queued up between 9:26 AM PDT and 10:24 AM PDT. We are currently monitoring system performance for any further issues. We will provide another update in one hour or sooner if more information becomes available.

Our engineers have implemented a fix and are currently monitoring system performance. Please note that messages sent between 9:26 AM PDT and 10:24 AM PDT may may currently be affected. The resolution of those emails being sent is still underway. However, new email sends are not impacted. We will provide another update in one hour or sooner if more information becomes available.
