Our engineers have investigated and resolved an issue with email processing delays. From 9:30 AM PST to 10:03 AM PST, some customers may have noticed their emails stuck in Processing status for up to 30 minutes in their Email Activity feed. This didn't impact the email sending itself. The issue has been resolved, and all impacted services are operating normally.
